This Magnetic field detector is a magnetometer sensor and magnetic field meter that will Detect x y z values of the magnetic sensor's reading. You can use this for studying or experimentation purposes. 

The Earth's magnetic field is a vector quantity; at each point in space it has a strength and a direction. To completely describe it we need three quantities. These may be:
three orthogonal strength components (X, Y, and Z)

explanation :
magnetic X : X the north component of the magnetic field; X is positive northward
magnetic Y: the east component of the magnetic field; Y is positive eastward
magnetic Z: the vertical component of the magnetic field vector; by convention Z is positive downward

Note : If the phone do not have a built-in magnetic sensor , magnetic sensor Detector won't work on your device.
